At Next Fitness Jax we understand common desires are to lose weight, gain strength and flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, and build muscle or a combination of these. Your trainer will assess your current level of fitness, taking into account any current medical conditions or constraints. Often, we will measure your body composition and check your weight, as well as giving you strength and endurance tests.
We will also monitor your progress and help provide you with resources in hopes that you can be successful and confident in the gym even without a personal trainer. Assess your balance, shoulder mobility, strength, flexibility, and stability. Our training will help us understand how your body is moving, what imbalances need to be addressed, and our trainers can then deliver a program to improve your movement patterns. We can help clients identify, correct and succeed with their movement and fitness goals. We motivate our clients by setting goals, providing feedback and accountability.
